To establish service, applicants must complete and submit the on-line Application for Service and Cross-Connection Survey forms at least two (2) business day prior to the desired start date.
To stop your water service, please complete and submit the on-line Stop Water Service form. Our Service Department will confirm receipt of your request via email. If you do not receive an email from us within two business days of your request, please call the office at (206) 764-3345.
