10/2 12:16 PM PT – Cherry Creek – Boil Water Advisory Update

The boil water notice remains in effect until further notice.

As of Wednesday, October 2nd, BRWCO and Northwest Water will work to eliminate chlorine from the system as a prerequisite for testing water quality. After that step, the Department of Health requested two sets of repeat samples at 24-hour intervals. As long as there are no chlorine residuals in the system, the first set of samples is scheduled for Monday, October 7th.  Test results typically take 24-48 hours to complete.

If this timeline changes or there are further updates, we will notify the community via email, text, and updates on our website.
